What to expect
In this online workshop the focus will be on our mental health and the challenges we come across within ourselves and in social settings. You are asked to reflect on yourself: your challenges, your perception of stress, your coping strategies, your self-care, and your resources.
In the end you will have a better understanding of your own reaction patterns and how you can improve your self-efficacy and resilience.
The course will consist of input from the tutor, group discussion, exercises (also in pairs) and self-reflection. Active participation is desired and an openness to reflect on yourself and to challenge your own patterns.
Learning targets
- Understanding stress, stress trigger and stress reaction & what are your (possibly non-beneficial) coping strategies
- Re-evaluation of your own stress patterns
- Strategies to reduce your stress
- Identifying your inner drivers and be more mindful with yourself
- Strengthening your resilience
No prior knowledge is necessary, and it will be a safe space for anybody.
