Description
The years as doctoral students and postdocs are often marked by high expectations, limited contracts, and the constant pressure to publish and perform. Many doctoral students and postdocs struggle with perfectionism, striving for excellence while battling self-criticism and doubt. This workshop offers strategies to approach these challenges more constructively. Mindful self-compassion can be a powerful resource to navigate the demands of the doctoral student and postdoc phase, helping you shift from perfectionism as pressure to perfectionism as growth.
